Thyholm Skole
There has been a school on our land register in Hvidbjerg for more than 100 years, and our school is deeply rooted in the local community and is a living part of Thyholm's DNA. Every day, students come to school by bus and train from all over Thyholm - and also a really good part from Humlum and other areas in Struer Municipality.
We are located in the middle of Thyholm in Hvidbjerg town. Here is a view of fields and forest, and we enjoy the access to
beautiful nature with a short way to the meadows and beaches that surround Thyholm. At the same time, we have the town's
shopping square and the station in 5 minutes walking distance, large outdoor sports facilities - and Thyholm Orphanage with nursery and kindergarten just across the road. The school is physically built together with Midtpunktet Thyholm, which houses a sports hall, fitness center, café, public library, music school, regional history archive, multi-purpose hall and meeting rooms.

Cumhuriyet Anadolu Lisesi

It is one of the 84 project high schools in Istanbul and the only school in our district that accepts students after they sit required entrance exams. Every year, our school prepares Scientific Research Institution of Turkey's average of 30 projects, provincial and intra-provincial foreign trips, study and research activities in numerous fields. Our school was involved in different Erasmus+ projects in the past, finished them succesfully and most of the staff remains very positive and motivated about participating in local and international projects. We have language classes consisting of skilled and engaged students who are willing and eager to improve their language acquisition on different levels. By implementing the activities of the project, we would like to upgrade school's and region's profile in terms of quality of general education.
Cartesius Lyceum
Grammar school (general secondary education), age of students: 12-19; 750+ students, 80+ teachers in 2019/20.
We are a small, secondary school with broad interests in science and culture, situated in the western part of Amsterdam, the
administrative capital of the Netherlands.
We host a whole range of students, as far as their social, economic and demographic backgrounds are concerned: from
rich, well-educated and financially safe families to poor students coming chiefly from the families of migrants. Our school
consists of 50+% of foreigners from the first and/or second generation, mainly from (North) Africa, Asia and different parts of
Europe. We also have students with special needs (dyslexia, dysgraphia, PDD-NOS, AD(H)D etc. (around 10% of all the
students).
Despite the differences (religion, ethnicity, economic status etc.), we are a vibrant, colourful and very ambitious school,
engaged in numerous cultural and curricular projects and ready to tackle new challenges..
